Their laws, taxes and reporting requirement change sometimes daily.  It is difficult to keep track and impossible to do it yourself.  We do not pretend to be experts from far away but recommend local partners that deal with these specialized requirements.  We have relationships with many and in conjunction with them we implement processes like:
